An entrepreneur by profession, Anthony inherited Tan Ah Keng Construction & Trading from his father at the age of 23, after accumulating much experience through his apprenticeship with his father since young during his school semester breaks. Today, Anthony has garnered a wealth of experience - more than three decades worth - in the art of construction.

Anthony has a very personal approach to construction. He prefers to meet his clients face-to-face and one-on-one, so that he is able to offer clients undivided attention and understand exactly what they have in mind. Anthony believes that if you want a job done right, you had better do it yourself, which is why Anthony oversees every single project he undertakes, from bungalows, to factories, to semi-detaches, where he gives his personal best and makes sure that every nitty-gritty detail is taken care of - even seemingly menial details such as flooring and electrical wiring.
