Located on the first floor of a shophouse at the junction of Jalan Kuning and Jalan Jingga, Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru, Ying Chao Trading, in 1999, began its foray into the business of providing water processors that produce clean, therapeutic and energized water.

Basically a husband and wife team, Mr. Wong Kok Chee and Madam Eng Lee Whang started out with a mere handful of motivated agents. Today the team has expanded to about 150 well-trained sales and technical agents backed up by a strong After-Sales and Service Team.
